The overlooked component in eating right

Proportions are the most commonly overlooked component in a healthy diet plan. People put so much time into selecting food types and monitoring ingredients. However, statistics have proven to show that  people who eat the same foods they normally intake except in half portions with minor changes in nutritional value will typically lose weight quicker than advertised diets. This is due to the small portions speeding up the body's metabolic rate.
